You may download a PDF version of the form and then fax it to 707-935-5889.
Phone Order
You may contact Adobe Road Wines directly to place an order over the phone at 707-939-7967 ext. 2.
We urge you to avoid sending personal financial details (credit card or other account numbers) via email, which is an insecure method of communication. Instead, please use our secure order form.
- Be sure to provide a shipping address (preferably a business) where an adult is present to receive and sign for the wine.
- There is a 10% discount on orders of 12 or more bottles, mixed or matched.
Ordering Limitations
- We can only ship to customers in the United States, and in certain states based on federal laws (see below).
- We can only ship to customers who are over the age of 21, and shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions. This is in the interest of protecting the wine you order so that it reaches you in optimal condition.
- We can not ship to APO/FPO boxes.
- Currently, we can not ship to these states due to federal regulations: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont.
