2015 Syrah

Our 2015 Syrah comes from one of our favorite spots in all of Dry Creek Valley - Famighetti Vineyard. Mark and Sheila Farmer, along with their vineyard dog Elsa, farm a small benchtop of these syrah vines almost 1,000 feet high above the valley floor. Syrah is a popular food wine, and you’ll love the versatility of our 2015 vintage.

2013 Cabernet Sauvignon

90 points - "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Bavarian Lion Vineyard is a beautiful Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon showing notes of licorice, graphite, blackcurrants and spice. The wood is used judiciously, the wine full-bodied, rich, ripe and capable of aging for a good 10-15+ years, even though it has a certain accessibility. This is serious Cabernet Sauvignon." -Robert Parker

2016 Pig Pinot

The Pinot grape really sings in this wine: We blended Pommard and Calera clones from the vineyard to make this fantastic Russian River offering. Bright, fresh raspberry and cherry pie flavors play a central role with a vanilla and tobacco finish backing it up. Aged for one year in neutral oak barrels, this Pinot is mouthwateringly juicy and ready to enjoy!

Culled entirely from a historic site in the heart of Rutherford, this is a deliciously fruity Cab. A perfect gateway to all that Napa Valley has to offer, this wine offers up wonderfully delicate bouquet of fresh berry bramble as well as vanilla bean and just a hint of mint. 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2012 edition of this wine has a deep ruby color with a garnet rim, and fills the glass with enchanting aromas of cherry, red currant, raspberry, dried herbs, and vanilla bean. The fruit forward palate is lighter compared with previous vintages. Red cherries, strawberries, and raspberries mingle with plums, blueberries, and blackberries entice the palate and are accompanied by toasty oak and just enough acidity to make your mouth water.

2014 Viognier

A classic Viognier marked by powerful floral aromatics punctuated with aromas of white peach, lime zest, and wet stone. The orchard fruit continues through to the palate, where a voluptuous mouth feel accentuates flavors of both yellow and white peaches with mineral undertones balanced by a refreshing, mouth watering juiciness. An exemplary expression of the varietal in the classic sense.

2015 Viognier

Our 2015 Famighetti Vineyard Viognier is the new name for one of our long-standing vineyard sources. Previously known as Kemp, this vineyard came into new ownership in 2015 by Mark and Sheila Farmer. They have continued the high quality level of farming we have come to know and love from this steeply terraced vineyard in the warm hills of Dry Creek Valley AVA.  This Viognier is a perfect example of that quality.

2013 Sémillon

Semillon is a unique wine varietal capable of many different expressions depending on the soil, climate and winemaker’s vision. When grown in the deep, rocky volcanic soils and warm climate of the Bavarian Lion Vineyard, it yields ripe, balanced flavors and a rich texture that sets it apart from the vast majority of white wines. A clear medium gold in color, the wine enchants with captivating aromas of pineapple, gardenia, Kaffir lime leaf, shitake mushroom and just a hint of...
