After a 5 year hiatus, Adobe Road Chardonnay is back and better than ever. Aromatics of vanilla bean, ripe orchard fruit, and caramel are warm and inviting. On the palate, the Chardonnay is perfectly oaky and buttery and notes of clove, vanilla, Asian pear, and banana are balanced by mild minerality and a touch of citrus on the finish. Liquid gold for sure!

"Bold, rich, spicy fig and apricot fruit fills out the palate, giving this an unctuous mouthfeel, joined by spicy, toasty oak and ending with a full-bodied finish that echoes the honey and honeydew flavors. Drink now. 297 cases made." –Wine Spectator
"From one of the iconic sites in Sonoma known for producing outstanding Chardonnay, the 2014 Chardonnay Bacigalupi Vineyard has a light greenish/gold color, a nose of white currants and honeysuckle, and a deft touch of oak. Offering loads of upfront fruit, the wine is medium-bodied, cleanly made, and an excellent example of Burgundy-styled Chardonnay, but with a ripeness and purity that is obviously California. Drink it the next 3-4 years." -eRobertParker.com
